Guerlain Products 2026 Guide: From Iris Parfum to Bee-Powered Serums

The Guerlain products 2026 guide covers a house that has been refining its craft since 1828, and the range on offer right now makes that heritage feel anything but dusty. Founded in Paris, Guerlain built its name on perfume before expanding into skincare and makeup, and it remains one of the few beauty houses to have genuinely endured across generations. The icons are still here, from the candy-coloured Météorites powder pearls that first appeared in 1987 to the sculptural Rouge G lipstick, but there is plenty of newer work worth examining closely.

The Fragrances: Old Formulas, New Thinking

L’Heure Bleue Eau de Parfum ($145) is not simply a reissue of Guerlain’s 1912 original. The contemporary interpretation takes the iris-and-vanilla pairing of the classic in a fresher, lighter direction. At its core is a custom-developed iris tincture, produced by soaking dried, powdered iris rhizomes in alcohol, a gentler alternative to heat-based distillation that draws out fresh, green and subtly woody qualities. An ozonic accord opens things up before pear, neroli and jasmine settle in, with vanilla, musk and ambroxan providing warmth at the dry-down. Social director Kassidy Silva noted getting eight hours of wear on skin, and longer still on fabric.

Further up the price scale sits L’Art & La Matière Vanille Planifolia Extrait 21 ($660). The “21” refers not to its concentration or launch year, but to the number of days Guerlain cold-soaks vanilla pods in alcohol to produce its tincture. The result is a vanilla that is creamy and sweet but also spicy, woody and faintly smoky, a long way from a straightforward gourmand. As an extrait, it contains a 30% fragrance concentrate, well above the 10% to 20% typical of an eau de parfum, which accounts for the wear time: Silva reports at least 12 hours per application. Warm spices, opoponax, and musk round out a fragrance built firmly around Guerlinade, the house’s olfactory signature of bergamot, rose, jasmine, iris, vanilla and tonka bean.

Skincare Built Around Guerlain Products 2026 and the Abeille Royale Line

The Abeille Royale Double R Renew & Repair Advanced Serum ($250) arrives in a dual-chamber bottle that dispenses two separate formulas simultaneously. The “renew” side combines glycolic acid, lactic acid and the gentler PHA gluconolactone to clear away dead skin and boost radiance, assisted by white honey extract. The “repair” side leans on Guerlain’s proprietary Blackbee Repair Technology, using mineral-rich honeys sourced from remote islands with protected ecosystems, which the brand ferments with 10 microorganisms to produce compounds it says give skin a tighter, more lifted appearance.

The honey at the heart of the Abeille Royale line comes from a carefully protected source. According to Elle, the black bees of Ouessant produce a honey particularly rich in amino acids and fructose, qualities that make it well suited to age-repair skincare. Guerlain states that its research has demonstrated this honey can stimulate a marker of skin renewal by 50%. The Double R serum also carries glycerin, hyaluronic acid, squalane, meadowfoam seed oil and oat extract, keeping moisture in the mix even with exfoliating acids present.

The Abeille Royale range continues to grow. Guerlain’s site also details the Night-Taping Treatment, which combines three repairing black bee honeys with patented Face-Taping technology, designed to act on the skin’s nighttime repair mechanisms while you sleep. It is a useful companion to the Double R serum for anyone building a more complete Abeille Royale routine.

Makeup Worth Knowing

The KissKiss Honey-Infused Refillable Lipstick ($40) represents the most practical reworking of a line that launched in the 1990s. The gold case is now slimmer and, for the first time, refillable. The formula pairs full pigment with a softly blurred matte finish, bolstered by honey, beeswax, propolis, royal jelly, shea butter, ceramides, sunflower oil and rosehip oil. Notes of orange blossom and vanilla accompany each application. Twenty shades are available.

The Rouge G Satin Lipstick ($44) has a longer history still. The original debuted in the 1950s; the sculptural case we recognise today arrived in 2009 after Guerlain enlisted a Place Vendôme fine jeweller to design it, complete with a concealed double mirror. In recent years the cases were made refillable and lighter, with 40 shades across satin and velvet-matte finishes, though the latest refills are not compatible with older cases. The formula relies on squalane, jojoba esters, sweet almond and sunflower oils, rice bran, beeswax and sodium hyaluronate, with Guerlain’s exclusive Lily-Oleo Extract enhancing pigment depth. It took a 2025 Allure Best of Beauty award.

For powder, the Météorites Compact Mattifying & Setting Pressed Powder ($75) translates the iconic multicoloured pearl spheres, first launched in 1987, into a travel-friendly compact. Four colour-correcting shades blend to a sheer, matte-blurring veil. Mica and boron nitride provide silky slip, silica and cornstarch absorb oil, and squalane holds moisture so the finish does not tip into dryness.

Rounding out the lineup, the KissKiss Bee Glow Lip Balm ($43) delivers a sheer, pH-responsive tint through eosin, alongside honey, beeswax, propolis, hyaluronic acid and shea butter. Eight shades are on offer. The L’Art & La Matière Customisable Scented Candle ($165) comes in six refillable faceted glass jars, with nine interchangeable wax inserts covering vanilla, citrus, floral, woody and spicy options; the jar can be engraved to order. With a stated 45-hour burn time, it is the kind of thing worth lighting before anyone arrives.
