We have informed of people have issues viewing the web-cams with Microsoft’s latest update Internet Explorer! As per usual Microsoft have put out a product which isnt finished and has caused all sorts of issue!!! Cheers Bill! However there is a way round it too get over the issue, don’t worry takes two secs…….

Enabling Compatibilty Mode!

• Right clicked in a blank space in the Internet Explorer 9 toolbar

 

• Selected the Command bar

 

• Then from the newly opened Command bar clicked on the Page pulldown and selected Compatibility View.

 

• Then close down and reopen your browser!

This should get you viewing the cams until they adjust the software for the new Explorer.
